The SDS PAB

The Parent Advisory Board (PAB) is a group of parents representing all grade levels that meets on the first Monday of each month to discuss school policy, programs, events and any issues important to the betterment of the school. This group serves both as a sounding board for the principal and liaison to parents, allowing thoughts, concerns, suggestions, and successes to be passed between families and administration. If you have an idea, question or concern, please share it with a PAB representative, who will gladly pass it along to the larger group for discussion.

Family Education Association (FEA)

All parents of St. Dominic School students are members of the FEA (Family Education Association), a dynamic parent group dedicated to enhancing school activities through volunteer work, fundraising and financial support.

The FEA oversees several major fundraising events each year, including the St. Dominic Show, the Scholastic book fair, and a candy bar sale. The FEA also sponsors various social events, including the Fall Festival, monthly passive fundraising dinners, as well as hospitality for numerous events throughout the year. Integral to the school, the FEA contributes greatly to such vital expenditures as teacher stipends, continuing professional development, leadership training, school marketing and the school's technology fund.

The FEA meets on the evening of one Monday every month in the school library, and all parents are invited and encouraged to attend. Please reference the school calendar for the monthly meeting dates.
